Now SFL had to sit and wait as the day grew hotter and hotter as
the loser's bracket needed to be complete before the SFL ball club
would know who their opponent would be in the championship game.
When the loser's bracket was complete SFL looked up to see Hell
Yeah as the team still standing earning them the right to challenge
for the title to this tournament. SFL was a tea, on a mission and
they went about doing what was necessary in order to win as they
completed their sweep on the field of twenty-two teams by berating
Hell Yeah 15-9 in the championship game to finish with a perfect
5-0 record and the paid berth to play at the 2006 USSSA Men's Class
D Great Lakes National Tournament to be held at Milford, Ohio over
Labor Day Weekend.
Hell Yeah did things the hard ay as they lost their second game
on Saturday and than had to win five straight games with their back
against the walls just to reach the championship game of this tournament.
Hell Yeah opened play with a first round bye before taking on and
defeating Voodoo Softball from Addison 11-1 to advance in the bracket.
Hell Yeah took the field to play G-Force Labels & Printing with

Sunday in this tournament. Hell Yeah went down to defeat in extra
innings losing 10-9 so they had to play another game on this hot
afternoon and they went up against Deerpath Development in a game
that was dominated by defense by both ball clubs. Hell Yeah managed
to slip one more run across the pay station to win 3-2 to survive
