that they can play softball in Central Illinois too, and they did
just that. The Pekin based ball club opened play with a first round
game against Primetime Softball from Joliet as they pounded out
an impressive 25-3 win to advance into the second round of play.

contested ball game and came away with a 20-19 win to move into

impressively over Players, Inc 20-7.

The tournament's championship game looked like it belonged to Team
Dragon Dome as they held a one run lead with two out and the bases
loaded against KA Softball. The KA Softball batter grounded what
looked to be the game ending ground out to short but the last hop
bounced wildly over the shoulder of the Team Dragon Dome's shortstop
into the outfield as the tying and winning runs scored in a 28-17
loss to KA softball. Had Team Dragon Dome gotten that final out
the 'if necessary game' would have been played and who know who
would have won that game.
