The Bombers opened play with a narrow 14-13 win over Dave's Pizza
in the first round of play. Dave's Pizza had to win a pig tail game
by the final score of 24-4 over Slick Rick's from Bloomington to
advance into the bracket and the first round game against the Bombers.
In the winner's bracket finals it was the Bombers defeating Instant
Replay in another one run ball game by the final score of 11-10.
This win assured the Bombers of a spot in the title game against
whichever team that wins the loser's bracket earning them the right
to oppose the Bombers in that title game.
That team turned out to be Instant Replay as the Bomber squared
off with the Pekin ball club for the second time on this day but
this time it was all the Bombers as they won going away by a final
score of 20-9 over Instant Replay to put the ribbon on their 2005
ISA Men's 35 & Over World title.

information, stats, highlights or quotes on how they were able to
win this ISA Men's 35 & Over World title.
Instant Replay was led to their runner up position at the 2005 ISA
Men's 35 & Over World Tournament by the defensive play of Tom
Sego who was named Gold Glove Player of this tournament. Sego was
joined on the 2005 ISA Men's All-World Tournament team by four of
his Instant Reply team mates, they were John Drowns, Vee Tunyuck,
Brian Scotti, and Brian Null.
Tournament runner-up Instant Replay opened play with a first round
win over Miller Masonry by the finals score of 15-7 to advance them
into the winner's bracket finals where they tangled with the Bombers.
In a close game that was in doubt right up to the final out being
recorded Instant Replay and the Bombers went at one another with
everything that they had in their arsenals. As the team shook hands
at the conclusion of this game the score board read Bombers 11 and
Instant Reply 10 sending the Pekin ball club into the loser's bracket
where they need to win one game to earn a second shot at the Bombers
and the 2005 ISA Men's 35 & Over World title.
Instant Replay and Miller Masonry went toe to toe for the second
time on this day in a high scoring game that saw both teams taking
advantage of a break here and there only to be stop by outstanding
defensive plays by their opponent as this game progressed. When
the last out in this wild game had been recorded into the official
scores book the score board read Instant Reply 20 and Miller Masonry
16 giving Instant Replay the title to the loser's bracket and earning
them the right to challenge the Bombers in the 2005 ISA Men's 35
& Over World Tournament's championship game.
The deciding game was not kind to the Instant Replay ball club as
