Information Sheet About 2003 Qualifiers

1) All teams winning bids must play in the metro to qualify for bids won.

2) All tournaments will also be awarding points as well as cash.

3) Top 3 point earners in C and D class divisions will receive point money as follows:
1st place will receive $5 for each point earned.
2nd place will receive $3 for each point earned.
3rd place will receive $2 for each point earned.

4) The Metro Tournament will count as a double point tournament.

5) Point Breakdown:
10 points for winning a tournament
5 points for each win in the winner's bracket
5 points for 2nd place
3 points for 3rd place
3 points for playing in a tournament
2 points for each win in the loser's bracket

6) Bonus Points:
All teams playing up in class will receive double points
Any teams playing in 6 class D tournaments will receive double points
Any teams playing in 4 class C tournaments will receive double points

7) Rosters: Must be turned in before playing in your first tournament. Rosters cannot be changed until after Metro. At that time you will be allowed to add 3 players. Players; cannot switch Teams during the summer. Once you play in an A.S.A. tournament with a certain team you are on that team for the summer. Any team using an ineligible player will be eliminated from further play in that tournament.
