2006 Chicago 16" Hall of Fame Ballot

The 2006 Chicago Sixteen Inch Hall of Fame ballot is now available for public voting. Any current or former Sixteen Inch Player, Manager, Umpire or Fan is eligible to vote. Ballets may be printed out filled in and mailed, e-mail, or fax.

Only ballots with the voters name, address, phone number & e-mail will be counted.
